Three different cities offer the same ₦6,000 mid-tier: a Yaba self-contain in Lagos, a Gwarinpa mini flat in Abuja, and a D-Line mini flat in Port Harcourt. If your career is in Lagos, Yaba is the natural upgrade from Mushin at only 2.5× the price — and Yaba is also home to CcHub (08:00–23:00 in the game), which matters for tech-flavoured play. Until the rent period is verified, we can't rank these by true affordability; what we can say is that the game designers priced the three cities' mid-tiers identically.

The jump from mid-tier to luxury is steep everywhere: Ikoyi at ₦250,000 is 42× the Yaba self-contain beside it in the same city; Banana Island at ₦1,500,000 is 88× the Lekki mini-flat two tiers below. Abuja and Port Harcourt mirror this — Maitama ₦240,000 and Old GRA ₦220,000 against ₦6,000 mid-tiers. On any career's pay curve, luxury housing is a late-game decision: even a Country MD (Oil & Gas, ₦96,000 per shift) would feel a Banana Island mansion.

Three open questions before any rent is 'advice' rather than 'data': (1) the rent period — weekly or monthly changes the maths by 4×; (2) furnishing requirements — the data prices 69 furniture items separately (one-time), but which homes demand which items is unverified; (3) location-linked perks — homes near job hubs may save commute time, but commute mechanics are not in the extracted data.
